Bernie at the end of summer

As summer comes to an end, the asters bloom and the trees turn colour, Bernie surveys his efforts with some degree of satisfaction. Before long he will be going indoors for the winter where he has heard he will be getting a new head and maybe some better bones before spring returns and he can get back to work again.

Bernie has enjoyed his interactions during summer with passing children, parcel delivery people and the squirrels who like to sit on his lap and share stories.
